This is not a plain mild clover honey. I like it immensely, lots of flavor without being super strong like buckwheat honey....Great on fresh home-made bread or biscuits. I bake with it too. Substitute it for sugar in baked bread, custards/flan; adds a whole new appreciation for custards.
