Great hot honey

This is a big bottle of pure hot honey. It's just 2 ingredients: raw, unfiltered honey and pepper extract. It's a great balance of sweet and spicy and tastes almost exactly like the hot honey I've had at local restaurants. I have had other hot honeys that contain additional ingredients like vinegar and I much prefer the simple honey + hot pepper combination.

Nice mild spice

This Fischer's 100% Raw Unfiltered Hot Honey is perfect for mild spice fans! The bottle is a decent size for the price, and the honey has a nice smooth consistency. This honey is sweet and tastes fresh, and has a pleasant creeping spice to it. This is great for wings and biscuits!

Delicious

My husband loves hot honey, and this one tastes great. It’s not uncomfortably hot- I would say it has a medium heat. It’s also a more generous size than other brands of similar price and seems to be of similar quality to competitors- a decent value!

Nice Hot Honey

The bottle arrived well sealed. This honey has a nice thick regular honey consistency and the spice level is mild, so it has more versatility than some of the spicier hot honeys that I've tried. The honey is sweet and has a good flavor. This is a great honey to use in stir fries and for glazes on chicken and pork. I've tried several hot honeys and so far this is the best one I've tried.
