Broccoli with Sour Cream

Yields: 4 Servings

Tender, green broccoli smothered in a honey sour cream sauce.

Directions:

Cook broccoli until just tender and still bright green. Combine sour cream, honey, vinegar, mustard and salt. Heat gently. Pour over broccoli or serve in a sauce boat.

2 Tablespoons Vinegar
