Ingredients:
- 1 8 oz. box elbow macaroni
- ¾ cup mayonnaise
- ¼ cup sliced scallions
- 1 bell pepper, seeded and chopped
- 1 carrot, pared and shredded
- 2 Tablespoon sweet pickle relish
- ¾ teaspoon Salt
- ¼ teaspoon dry mustard
- ¼ teaspoon Tabasco sauce
- 2 hard-boiled eggs, diced
Directions:
Cook macaroni according to package directions. Drain and cool. Mix macaroni with remaining ingredients in a large bowl. Cover and refrigerate until well chilled.
