Confetti Macaroni Salad

Yields: 8 Servings

This is a spicy, tangy twist on macaroni salad, brought to you by honey, relish and Tabasco.

Directions:

Cook macaroni according to package directions. Drain and cool. Mix macaroni with remaining ingredients in a large bowl. Cover and refrigerate until well chilled.

Ingredients:

1 8 oz. box elbow macaroni

¾ cup mayonnaise

¼ cup sliced scallions

1 bell pepper, seeded and chopped

1 carrot, pared and shredded

2 Tablespoon sweet pickle relish

¾ teaspoon Salt

¼ teaspoon dry mustard

¼ teaspoon Tabasco sauce

2 hard-boiled eggs, diced
