Ingredients:
- 1 cup halved strawberries
- 1 banana, sliced diagonally
- 1 fresh pear, cored and sliced
- 1 cup pineapple chunks
- 4 small grape clusters
- 2 Tablespoons lemon juice
- ½ pint plain yogurt
- ¼ cup honey
- 2 teaspoons lemon peel
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
Directions:
Arrange all fruit on platter, drizzle banana and pear with lemon juice to retard discoloration. Combine yogurt, honey, lemon peel and vanilla; mix well and serve with fruit.
