In a large bowl, beat egg slightly with fork. Add milk, seasonings, bread crumbs and the meat. Blend together lightly. Put 1 teaspoon of Zest Sauce in the bottom of 6 (3-inch) muffin cups. Divide meat mixture evenly into each cup. Shape lightly to resemble muffin. Heat oven to 350 degrees. Bake 20 to 25 minutes or according to how you like your meat. Serve hot with additional Zesty Sauce.
