Heat the oil in heavy skillet with lid or use electric skillet. Add chopped onion, green pepper, minced garlic and meat. Cook and stir until lightly browned. Drain off excess oil. Add honey, salt and chilli powder. Blend well. Add noodles and tomatoes. Mix well. Sprinkle top with cheese. Cover. Turn heat low. Continue cooking for 30 minutes or until noodles are done.
